HOW TO APPLY IT?
Sparkling Powder can be used in its dry form, or moistened with Cleasing Lotion. Also in combination with Body Glue for a waterproof hold in tattooing, or with Fix Gel or Stoppelpasta.
Create your shimmering colors by mixing it with a transparent gloss or lipstick base.
Remove Sparkling Powder with our Cleasing Lotion.
This product is composed largely of pure pigments, mixed with Cleasing Lotion, or water and applied directly to the skin, certain colors (730, 731, 740, and 760) may leave some traces.
